Community Day

This event is a great way to engage with our local community and spend time in the studio. This year we will have a Weaving theme.

To make this happen, I'm hoping you or someone you know might be interested in volunteering on Saturday, February 22nd from 10:30am-6pm. Lunch included. No experience necessary to volunteer!

What you will do as a volunteer:

Weaving activity: We will help visitors create small woven pieces. 1 or 2 volunteers can also demo weaving on a floor loom.

Volunteer Schedule
Saturday, February 22, 2025

10:30am - arrive in Lily Loom 2nd floor to get oriented

11:45am - head to the Pines Dining Hall for lunch and announcements
12:30pm - return to the studios for final setup
1 to 5pm - welcome and assist the public with studio activities
5 to 6pm - help clean the studio if needed
